Question : BP running 160-180/110-64. Saw doc two weeks ago and started on losartan 25mg.

Blood pressure is not adequately controlled on losar 25 mg, it's dose should be increased to 50 mg. Also, it's better to buy Losar H (50/12.5) instead of only Losartan, to be consumed once a day. So get it prescribed from your doctor.
Also, You should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. If bp should not be persistently more than 140/90 mmhg. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. Get your lipid profile and sugars tested once..Get back if you have any doubts.

Sorry, I am on Losartan 50mg. Just started on Pravastatin 20mg also. And I am on levothyroxine 100mg. And baby aspirin.

You can get this prescribed and next time onwards, you should buy a combo, Tab Amlozaar H (50/12.5/5) once a day, which is a combination of Losartan, hydrochlorothiazide and Amlodipine. And keep monitoring your blood pressure, target is less than 140/90, if possible lower.
