Question : My son of 7 years is running high fever weight 21 kgs . What is the dosage of Meftal P recommded as giving 1 spoon is not working for him . Regular doctor not availble. He recommeded Meftal P for hight fever

The recommended dose is 5 ml

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The recommended dose of Meftal P as per your your child's weight and age is 5 ml/dose. It can be repeated every 8 hours if required. If the fever is not responding, then give Crocin Ds 6 ml along with it. Cold sponging will be useful.
