Question : Hi doctor, i have given 3 ml sinarest AF drops to my 10 months baby of 10kg weight. Im scared please let me know if any effect on baby? He is coughing

Let me assure you that Sinarest AF is quite safe and would not harm the child, especially at this dose. However, the child may sleep a bit more. You need not worry.

The coughing is a part of the ailment for which you have given the medicine. It is not a cause for concern. It would take 5-7 days to resolve.
