Brief Answer:
Dont worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
1 drop = 0.05 ml.
3 drops = 0.15 ml.
Dose of sinarest at this age is between 0.2 ml to 0.3 ml.
What you have given is within the safe range.
From next dose stick to the lower limit of 0.2 ml Which comes to 4 drops.
Always give medicines based on ml.
