Question : what proportion of DUOLIN respules shall be used with distilled water for Nebulization in various age group for cough & sneezing.

Nebulization simply with Normal saline or distilled water is sufficient if there is no wheezing or respiratory distress. If there is distress, 2 ml of Normal saline or distilled water should be added along with half or one respule of duolin when giving nebulization. This is independent of the age.
For sneezing, nebulization does not help. Rather, taking some antiallergic like cetirizine alongside for a few days provides releif.
