Brief Answer:
Exercise, games and diet, address root cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX,

Thank you for posting your query.

The problem with stress is that it can make your life miserable. And the easy to say but difficult to follow is the simple looking answer, that is address the root cause for your stress.

Psychological stress does affect your physical health and can increase your blood pressure and also lead to diabetes, gastritis etc.,

What this means is, you need to sit back and look analyse your situation logically and try and identify the exact cause for your stress.

The origin of stress could be work, family, relationships, financial security etc., so please sit back and try to identify the cause for your distress, if you can't figure out the reason, talking to a psychologist will help.

Once you have found out the exact cause for your stress, you should approach the problem logically and create an action plan for dealing with the issue, and then implement that plan, as I said, it is very simple to say this, but it is not easy to follow, so don't expect everything to just disappear, it may take time, so don't expect too much from yourself, give yourself some time and breathing space.

Along with this, meditation, regular exercise, playing outdoor games and healthy diet will help.

Just worrying about an issue will not solve the issue, coming up with a plan and then going ahead with implementing the plan will eventually sort things out.

Once in a while, reevaluate your situation and modify your short term as well as long term goals according to your progress.

Create achievable short term goals, for example, short term goals for two days or one week, and short term goals for each day.

creating short term goals will help in organizing your life so that you get time to concentrate on long term goals.

Talk to a counselor once in a while to help you with orienting yourself to the problem and taking stock of the situation.

I hope this will help you, please feel free to write back if you have additional concerns.

Wishing you healthy life.

Kind regards.
