Thanks for the query

CKD patients usually have lethargy due to the following reasons

1. Anemia
2. Vit D and Vit B12 deficiency
3. Hyperphosphatemia
4. Progression of CKD

I recommend you to do the above tests and see if any of it can be corrected. There are no special tablets to to improve energy.

However, I recommend Nitrophage forte three times a day, it reduces the GUT toxins and makes CKD patients feel better. It is probiotic which absorbs all the nitrogenous waste products.
