Brief Answer:
Phosphorus level in serum

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
After going through your query I want to tell you that the level of phosphorus in body is 3-5 mg /dL.
Elevated level of phosphorus is known as HYPERPHOSPHATEMIA .
According to scientific studies HYPERPHOSPHATEMIA is defined as fasting phosphorus concentration more than 5.5 mg /dL ( >1.8mmol/L).
Since in your case the level of phosphorus is 4.7 mg /dL so this is not a cause of concern ( according to your report or in your query it is 2.40-4.40 mg /dL) .
While OTHER all biochemistry reports are normal , so that is another reason that you should not worry .
Your weight is 85 kg , this is overweight according to your height (5,9), so try to regulate it , otherwise all reports are normal.
The upper limit of normal phosphorus concentration in children is 7 mg /dL.
Hope this will help you .
Good luck.

Thank you doctor,

I forgot to mention that I maintain a sedentary life style and I have been working in the night shift for the last 10 years now.

As per your reply what I understand that the elevated level of phosophorous (4.7 mg/DL) in my report is not a reson to worry as other values are normal.

It is only worrisome if it reaches upto 5.5 mg/dl.

Note: in my recent ultrasound there is no problem shown with kidneys. Both the kidneys are fine at shape and placement.

So I can consider myself fine and shouldn't worry much about it. I need to concentrate on physical activities like brisk walking, running etc.

Brief Answer:
Lymphocytosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXX
You are taking sliten10 mg i.e. solifenacin and alfoo(alfuzocin) I think you are taking these drugs for frequent urination .
In your report , your fasting blood sugar level is elevated 157 mg /dl.
You are a pre diabetic case , so this may be the reason of your frequent micturition.
If this is the cause of frequent urination then stop these drugs because you are in young age group and at least prostate enlargement can't be the cause of repeated urination as alfuzocin is usually prescribed in benign prostatic hyperlasia (BPH).
GET IN HBA 1C for diabetes confirmation and also get in urine complete for diabetes or any other infection.
Your ES R level is also elevated 14 mm , not so specific but may be due to mild degree of infection .
Lymphocytosis also present , elevated ES R , so these two findings may be due to some Bacterial or viral infection ( but not so risky level ).
Your T 3 level is also low 0.79 nmol/L (0,92-2.78).
TSH 6.48 ( 0.5-4-7 m U/L.

Mr XXXXXXX ji now you are having lymphocytois ( may be due to infection but at present not due to any CANCER , so need not to worry).
You are a pre diabetic , thyroid problem ( clinical examination important with needle biopsy aspiration for diagnostic confirmation ).
Over weight .
Your SGPT level is also high so get in LIVER ultrasound for any enlargement .
In my opinion either upload reports of :
Urine complete with culture .
HBA1C (for diabetes confirmation)
Liver ultrasound .
Family history of diabetes .
Needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid.
Hope this will help you.

Hello Doctor/sir,

Urology case: Dr XXXXXXX Pradhan (urologist) is taking care of my urine issues.

Cystoscoppy: result
Bladder neck High
Normal bladder wall
Normal urethra

Ultrasound lower abdomen:
Normal bladder
Normal kiddies

Uroflowmetry: result
Average flow was 11 very low as per doctor.
Urine stream was low.

Urine test : all well

Now elevated lymphocytes:
May 29, 2014 my lymphocytes were 47 all other values were normal.
September 20 2014 my lymphocytes are 51 (I am worried) it's increasing.

As you already now my latest (sep 20) TSH is also at higher side. But I never tested my TSH before.

How I feel:
I feel lazy and fatigue
Little discomfort on my knees, I guess it's not pain. I don't feel pain when I press my knees. Now visible swelling.

Sir, my concern is about my increased lymphocytes. Is it possible that we can get viral in infection and bacterial infection without and symptoms or pain or discomfort.

Sorry, for bothering you doctor again and again.

Note: I work in the shifts 6:30 pm to 4 am) from the last 9 years.

3.5 years back my lymphocytes were normal and well under control
3.5 years back my TSH was well under control.

Brief Answer:
TSH & LYMPHOCYTOSIS

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Ji
Once again thanks for query .

You are feeling tiredness and this is natural , may be due to stress , so don't worry .
Now ,main cause of concern is lymphocytosis and elevated level of TSH .
So I recommend you please consult an ENDOCRINOLOGIST and sort this problem ( thyroid ).
However in few books the normal value of lymphocyte is 25-50 , while gradually it is increasing in your case , but level is not so elevated so need not to bother .
You see in 3.5 years the level increased only 47 to 51 and this is also on at upper border normal .
So in your case lymphocytosis is not a cause of concern but it is TSH which is a problem so ENDOCRINOLOGIST will help you.
Your working hours are also in night shift so some tiredness is a natural thing.

Hope this will help you.Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Lymphocytosis and travel

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

According to my knowledge and experience you are not having CANCER according to these reports and query. Sometimes if we check two samples of blood from different labs their reports vary.
But as I mentioned earlier your lymphocyte counts is not so high, even a minor infection can elevate this number, so don't worry.

Even in three months period this may increase because you are taking medicine and besides TSH, blood sugar is also high with sgpt, so need not worry about lymphocyte counts.

You can travel to USA with safety and without any danger.

Hope this will help you.
Good luck.
