Take following advises to prevent cough and cold:

First of all, avoid cold beverages
Proper covering of the body during the sleeping and trekking,
Take face/nasal mask, humidifier and cap that cover the ear, nose and head.

When you will expose to dust and smoke, cover the nose with a clean handkerchief and remove the nose secretion as early as possible.
Drink plenty of warm water, stay well hydrated.
When you get chance you can take, steam inhalation.

Medications:
Tablet 1-AL AX (75mg/5mg): Ambroxol (SR) 75mg + Levocetirizine 5 mg for cold and cough
Tablet TUSQ if you get fever and congestion in the nose
Tablet DAN-P for pain and fever
Oxymetazoline nasal spray for nasal blockage and congestion.
STREPSILS LEMON tablet/lozens
Betadine 2% and salt for gargling to prevent cold and sore throat.
You can also take tablet 1-AL AX as prophylaxis to prevent cough and cold.
So take the above medicines with you.
Alcohol should be avoided at high altitude.

Try to ascend slowly, and take rest adequately after every long ascend.

Take following medicine for the stomach upset:
Capsule PANTIUM DSR: for acidity, nausea and vomiting, take 30 minutes before meal.
Oral pepto bisthmus suspension: for diarrhea, heart burn and nausea
Oral Re hydration Solution (ORS) packet: mix it with glass of water and drink when you have diarrhea to maintain hydration and drink plenty of water during diarrhea.
When diarrhea is severe: => 3 stool in 8 hours, associated with fever, abdominal cramp, blood then you can take ZITHROMAX 1 Gram oral suspension.
For gas problem:Tablet UNIENZYME and GAS-X chewable tablets

There is no medicine to disinfect the water.
Take following advises:
Maintain good hygiene and use safe water for drinking and brushing teeth.
Use sealed water bottle.(check for proper pack seal before use).
Avoid eating raw fruits, vegetables unless cleansed and peeled properly.
You can treat your water by boiling when you suspect the infection.
