How Safe Is Taking Calpol 500mg For Cold ,throat Infection And Fever?

hi, am 23 years old weighing around 65 kgs, 170 cm heigh . at present in UK. throat infection , body pain and feverish for the past three days . i am taking Calpol 500 mg an paracetamol tablet.... taking TusQ cough syrup ... goggling mouth with salt water from today ..but still same condition .. pls advice ..

Start antiseptic mouth wash , continue calpol & cough syrup , antibiotic azithromycin & vit C.
