Tablet Sinarest thrice a day should be fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

In my opinion, Tab Sinarest taken 3 times a day should be sufficient for now.

This will cover both cold and body aches.

This is available as OTC, you can try this for 3 to 5 days and see how things go, if you do not see any improvement in symptoms even after 5 days, you will have to consult your local doctor and get yourself examined to rule out bacterial infections.
