Question : my son is 21 months old and has a bad cold but no fever. is there over the counter medicine i can give him? he us having a hard time sleeping.

Hi....I am sorry, at this age there are no over the counter antihistamines approved for self medication. But as a doctor a physician can use medicines like cetrizine, Levocetrizine, Chlorpheneramine, judiciously after clinical examination.

I suggest seeing a physician and get a prescription, so that the kid can be relieved.
