Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may give antihistamines such as Syp. Maxtra or T-minic for relief. We recommend 2.5 ml thrice daily of either of the syrups at this age. Avoid extra doses.
Also, Syp. Crocin can be given if fever occurs. This illness is usually due to self limiting viral infection which takes 3-5 days for improvement.

Do I need to give it along Wykrol ? or just Maxtra will do?
