Me and my wife facing khasi but yesterday my wife have fever like that 101 currently we are taking flexion when facing fever and Clear Chet LS Cough Syrip ,Can we take any thing else that can help to recover fast so please suggest ....For my baby also same issue now she is taking XXXXXXX Baby cough Syrup...

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Most often such symptoms are due to viral infections and antibiotics are ineffective in such cases. Irrespective of treatment it usually spontaneously resolves in 5-7 days. It is the same in case of children as well.

You need to take steam inhalation. It helps in reducing the congestion. The water vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the cough and thus would provide relief. Get your child seated on your lap so that he/she can also enjoy the benefits.

If you have a temperature more than 100°F, you need to take paracetamol (Crocin) or Flexion to it bring down. Also use tepid sponging. It is ok to take the other mentioned medicines but is not essential.

Please be patient. It may take a few days for the recovery to occur. It should spontaneously resolve in 5-7 days. I do not think that interventions will reduce the duration.
