Brief Answer:
Xanax 3mg should work.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
Its unfortunate that your anxiety is not controlled even by number of medications.
Xanax (Greenstone's) might work for you. You should not start 3mg at once. A gradual dose increment should be done, like starting with 0.5mg twice a day and increasing the dose by 0.5mg every three days. (only under doctor's supervision).
This platform does not allow us to give prescriptions. So you have consult your doctor for that.
I would also suggest you to practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. This can work wonders sometimes.
Drink plenty of water.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
