After I checked symptoms in the net and also, checked with doctor and initially they said that I have Gastric and later they said it could be Precordial Catch Syndrome. I could not find any medication to get ride from this problem.

Brief Answer:
No treatment is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,

Yes, there is a strong possibility of precordial catch syndrome in you as all the tests are negative for any underlying cause.

Also, you are right that medically there are no medicines available to treat this and treatment is not needed as well.

Be rest assured that this is very minor problem and does not require active medical intervention.

Treatment available are:

Take deep breaths during such episodes, hold your breath for a while, and release. Repeat it around 5 to 10 times. You would get relief.

Raise your elbows above your shoulders and take deep breaths.

Try changing your position, and lie down in left later position, and take breath. This would help alleviate the symptoms as well.

I am sorry but there are no medicines available for the same, and it is not advised to take any medicines inadvertently for this as well.

wish you good health.

Regards,
