                                            Question : what is ur choice of antibiotic for sinus infection..I have been on amoxicillin for 5 days and I don't feel much better

In a severe bacterial sinus infection with facial pain, fever , purulent discharge from the nose, my antibiotic of choice is Levofloxacin. It is to be taken as 500mg once a day for 7 days.
This is to be taken with decongestant nasal drops.
