Hi, i have been experiencing pains in my eustachians along with throat and facial pain and other symptoms including dizziness, nausea, headache and upset stomach. This has been on and off for the past 6 weeks. I thought it could be a virus. I dont smoke, eat pretty healthily. I m a 42 year old female, have made an appointment with my g.p as it is really getting me down and making me anxcious.
It could be a simple upper respiratory tract infections. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Steam inhalation will be useful to open up blocked sinuses. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
