Sore genital can be caused by not less than 50+ causes including trauma (mechanical, chemical,physical and sexual), all types of skin conditions which can cause ulcers elsewhere in the body, malignancy, STD causes (around 6 diseases) and even drug allergy. Without knowing the exact cause we can not prescribe any topical application.
Sometimes this application will exacerbate the sore. For some sores external applications are not indicated which will interfere with the investigation and diagnosis.
Healing of certain STD ulcers with external applications will not ensure a total cure. The disease may proceed to next and more florid stage. So consult your physician. With the history, examination and investigations, he/ she will help you for a total cure. Don't waste your time.
