Brief Answer:
possible urticaria due to immunological or non immunological causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting the Ayurveda section of [A]YUSH and after reviewing your case history and reports attached to your question I'm of the following opinion:

1. Have you taken an opinion of Dermatologist for a careful and detailed examination?

2. other set patterns of question(s) which I usually ask my patient(s) is/are:
. use of drugs (aspirin, morphine, insulin, sulpha drugs)?
. food-induced (common and recurrent) thus again try to find the cause.
. more use of food additives?
. any history of allergic rhinitis, asthmatic bronchitis, seasonal?
. any recurrent viral infection, or intestinal disease?
. any physical cause: (pressure, friction, heat, cold, or too much emotional stress/ exercise)
. any autoimmune disease like thyroid problem, lupus? [ANA is negative]
. any contact urticaria?

PS. try to find the causative allergen? [food/environment/drug]? and go for routine blood investigation(s) to rule out any secondary infection like blood sugar,
serum bilirubin, blood urea, WBC count

3.vI usually manage my patient(s) on the line of "UDARD" skin disease and manage as follows:

A. DIET:

TAKE: old brown rice, green gram, garlic, cucumber, old ghee, mustard oil, amla, pomegranate, honey, turmeric, light diet.

AVOID: newly harvested rice, black gram, radish, sour/heavy/slimy/cold food, sugarcane, jaggery, salt items [namkeen, namkeen biscuits, chips, popcorn, sauce, chutney, pickles], day time sleeping, excess physical exertion, curd

B. fry some garlic pods in mustard oil and massage with that oil

C. If interested in medicine I can courier you the same [all drugs are prepared by myself and are result oriented]
