Question : i am 52 year old. last 15 years i am suffering from deabtic and last 15 months i am suffering from myesthenia gravis..doctor suggest omnacortil 20and mycophenolate mofetil tablets cellcept 500mg twice in day.last month minor surgary done on my hand and legs due to pus .pl advoice me my tretement is proper or to be chenge i am not eating easy please advoice me thanks and regrads

Pyridostigmine, steroids, steroid sparing drugs like mycophenolate, azathioprine etc are the mainstay of the treatment for M gravis. dose and choice of drug depends only on your physician and disease activity. If you stop medication, without proper advise, it may flare up and then you need to start treatment with high dose. Regards
