Brief Answer:
This is related to bowel movements

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that your gastrointestinal movement has been affected. The gastrointestinal tract has a movement called peristalsis which propels the food forward as it gets digested, absorbed and finally expelled as feces. If this gets disturbed, distension will occur and you will feel bloated every time that you eat of drink. The solution is to smoothen the bowel movements. You need to increase the total dietary fiber intake. Green leafy vegetables and also fiber supplements like senna and psyllium husk need to be taken regularly. This needs to be backed up with adequate exercise. You also need to take plenty of curd or yogurt since it contains beneficial bacteria that will help.

If still required, you can take prilosec (omeprazole) once daily before breakfast.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
