Question : My wife has struggled with constipation for a week. Then she got very dizzy with diarrhea 2 times. Now she is sitting very dizzy. She can't raise her head.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation your wife is having.

Feeling dizzy is due to lost fluids while having diarrhea.

Advise to keep well hydrated:
- increase water intake possibly with OTC ORS
- take probiotics
- avoid straining too hard when having a bowel movement
- take more rest

Hopefully, she will be fine. For the moment give her a glass of water with ORS. You can dilute Greek yogurt with water and add a bit of salt, and let her drink.
