Brief Answer:
watch, mirror observation, see Dr if new symptoms or persistence/aggravation

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I understand this can be very disturbing, especially if you are experiencing it for the very first time. However, it is worth noting that the anal region is highly innervated (many nerves), and it is not rare to feel funny sensations or absurd feelings since this area is highly sensitive.

It might be interesting to do a self examination with a mirror to check if you would find any mass, bulge or changes around the anal area.

In case you have no pain, no bleeding, no past history of hemorrhoids and no trauma around the anal area, you might just need to be patient and observe this feeling fade out.

In case you have any of the above symptoms, or feeling persist like for a week or so, you might need to consult your primary care physician for a complete clinical review.

For now, I really think there is no real reason to worry.

Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
