There is no medicine to treat excessive secretion of Precum.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have excessive secretion of precum during fore play .

Unfortunately there is no medicine that can reduce this secretion by Cowper's glands .
This is mostly due to anxiety .
