Question : My daughter is having fever with headache. Crocin advanced given but no relief in fever and headache. What should I do

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. The dose of paracetamol (crocin) is 15mg/kg/dose. I need to know the age and body weight of your daughter to understand if the dose is adequate for her (dose will be same for Crocin Advanced). In case relief is not obtained on Crocin Advanced, Meftal P (mefenamic acid) might need to be given since it is more efficacious.

Also give tepid sponging.
