Brief Answer:
Changes in the treatment should be made

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Your blood pressure is good in the morning, but you have high blood pressure in the evening. In this case we have two options:
1. Increase the dose of perindopril in the morning. At first 6 mg can be tried, if doesn't help then 8 mg should be tries.
2. Add a diuretic in the morning.

Wishing you good health

Thanks for your prompt reply. Very appreciated,
Ok increasing the dose of Perindopril in the morning.

It has also been suggested to me that I should drink more water daily, to 3 - 4 litres a day. Does this help?

Thanks again,
doctor
