Brief Answer:
Headache is most likely due to uncontrolled high blood pressure..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Yes, the blood pressure reading's are quite on the higher side which needs to be controlled after a thorough clinical evaluation preferably by a Cardiologist..

There will be a need to undergo few relevant investigations(12 lead EKG, Echo cardiography, Renal function tests, Electrolytes sp. sodium, calcium and potassium, FBS, PPBS and a chest X-ray)..Your Primary care physician/Cardiologist will determine on the basis of these investigations as well as clinical examination whether the cause of hypertension is primary or secondary, based on that anti-hypertensive regimen will need to be initiated (ACE inhibitors/ ARBs/ Beta blockers/ Calcium channel blockers etc.)..

You should only take Lisinopril after a thorough clinical check-up as well as renal function assay clearence in the first place..

I'd strongly suggest you to get yourself checked without any further delay as this blood pressure needs to be controlled under strict medical supervision..

Please call for help and don't try to drive on your own, let someone accompany you to your doctor..yes the headache is most likely due to the uncontrolled Blood pressure only..

Let me know if there's any further queries, I'll be gad to clarify..

My Best Wishes

Take Care
Kind Regards
