I would like to ask you the duration of fever?
Any other associated symptoms like cough, loose stools or vomiting?

If your fever has been persisting for more than 3 days, you need to get a blood test done. You should get a complete blood count, LFT, malaria parasite test, WIDAL test to rule out typhoid and a urine routine test.

In your case, I presume that it can be a case if viral fever, which will resolve on its own by a week.
For symptomatic relief, you may take tablet COMBIFLAM 2-3 times a day after food. If you have any other above mentioned symptoms, you may have to start with an antibiotic.
Drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.
