Brief Answer:
Breath deep, fresh air.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

If you didn't feel anything while you were exposed, it is unlikely that the exposure gives symptoms afterwards.

Anyway, my advice is to get in fresh air, breath deep, so you can get as much more oxygen as possible.

If you are alone at home, call someone who can stay near you, observe you and help in case of need to go to the ER.

If worse or not better, I would recommend going to the ER, where they can measure your vital signs, check your lungs and make sure that you are ok.

With the stop of the exposure, you should start feeling better and better, but if that do not happen, keep in mind the advise of going to the ER.

Hope this is helpful.
