Question: I have a slight itch sensation in the tip of the urethra. When I look at my urine, there are tiny white pellets/dots.

Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.

By your description looks like you have a mild fungal infection in your genitalia that could have been transmitted to the urine.
I would recommend the following.
please apply a local antifungal ointment, candid derma twice a day on your penile tip and surrounding areas.
The white dots are sediments due to the fungal infection, hydrate yourself adequately, drink plenty of water.
If you are not diabetic get a HBA1C level to rule out diabetes ,also send your urine for routine analysis
