Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query in context to your health concerns.

My opinion-
In the given situation-following are the replies to your specific queries-
Q-1-How much days the pain will persist ?
Ans-1-As its already 2 weeks, pain would resolve by another 1 week.
As you are without any painkillers and anti-inflamatory in post-operative period, hence this may take a week 0r 2 more.

Q-2-and when should I join my office duties?
Ans-2-Joining duties may be another 2 weeks at least, if you have office job.
In case you have laborious work, this needs to be avoided for another 4 weeks hereafter.

Q-3- And which precautions should be taken?
Ans-3-Following precautions are suggested for your case-
a-If need be apply -Diclofen gel, with script from your family doctor.this would reduce the local swelling and local pain to touch.
b-Supplementary Vitamins / minerals Tab x 4 weeks, along with high protein diet to be gradually increased over next 4 weeks.
c-Oil smearing of the wound area would keep skin more live and without itching.
d-Avoid strenuous work-especially heavy weight lifting / strong coughing needs to be avoided.
e-Take laxatives to avoid Constipation, if its impending.

For all this care, I would suggest you to Consult with attending Surgeon who would keep all needful watch on the various factors during this period.

Further suggestions in this regard would need more information /investigations after getting more details from You.

This brief reply is given on facts submitted, which needs to be verified from your attending doctors, with whom you can check before starting further changes in the treatment.
