Brief Answer:
Probably a small infected tissue!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have received and reviewed all three images. This looks like an infection though difficult to state clearly with its tiny nature and difficulties reviewing the images. I will like to know if you have any disease conditions such as diabetes.
For now, cleanse twice daily with salted water. Take tylenol for pain. If it persists or gets bigger, I will recommend you get it evaluated by your primary care doctor because this might need more aggressive wound care and antibiotics. However, if you are diabetic, i recommend immediate consultation for evaluation and management.
I hope this addresses your worries. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please.
