Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You have not mentioned what symptoms you are having. For any allergy, antiallergics help.You may take a tablet of montair lc daily. Mild allergy can be controlled with this. If you also have features of bronchospasm, you may need to take steroids either as inhalers or oral depending on the severity of symptoms. Inhalers like symbicort or advair diskus are the best choices. Consult a pulmonologist for the right inhalers and technique of taking it.
