Does Lialda Or Advair Diskus Cause Severe Itching On Body?

I have Crohn s disease and auto immune disease- - my back started to itch real bad in Jan. 2014 until May -it was so bad it woke me about 3 in the morning -I had to rub back with a towel to get relief--3weeks ago my arms and legs broke out with pimples and blotches and they itch like crazy --I scratch and rub them until they start to bleed to present day---I take Lialda and Advair Diskus could it be one of these meds that causing the problem?????

Hi,

Lialda are sulpha groups. These drugs are quite commonly associated with allergies and skin rashes. So if the rash has developed after the start of the drug there is high probability that it may caused by the drug. Let your doctor know this as we may need stop the drug.
