Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Seizure treatment depends upon diagnosis and type of seizure.
All drugs are not effective in every case. Some drugs may aggravate particular type of seizure.
There are many options like phenytoin, Valproate, levetiracetam, lacosamide, lamotrigine, gabapentin, pregabalin, Topiramate, lobazam, oxcarbamazepine, bevaricetam, felbamate, zonisamide.
The choice of drug and dosage are different in different situations.
In non responsive cases surgery may be required.
Provide more details.

Brief Answer:
Treatment may be modified as advised under neurologist care
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You can try lacosamide 100 mg twice daily and increase to 200 mg twice daily if required.
Continue keppra.
Lobazam can be used 10 mg twice daily instead of clonazepam.
You should also mention weight.
You need to provide Mri and eeg reports and prescription if available for analysis.
