Question : MY wife couldn't keep any food down early this week, vomiting food up as soon as she ate it. We ere wondering if it could be the doubled dose of Iron that she has been taking (65 mg x2) plus Vit C

Iron supplements are gastric irritants and can trigger nausea and vomiting. But I am not sure if that is the only cause of your wife's vomiting. It could also be due to food poisoning. In any case you need to give ORS (oral rehydration solution) to make up for the lost water and salts.
