I have gone through your query. Practicing kegels exercise regularly is good to overcome this.
This is a vaginal canal exercise by giving squeezing action on pelvic muscles. Think of stopping urine flow in the middle of urination. The same action (tightening) you have to do in this exercise. Have to hold like that for 5 to 10 seconds. You can do 10 sets at a time. This can be repeated 4 times daily.
You can also use vaginal rejuvenating gels. Various ones are available on market like V-tight gel. Last option is rejuvenation surgery to tighten vaginal muscles. This is an expensive procedure. If you do kegel's exercise daily you may get good results.
