Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Bloating While Having Irregular Menstruation And Chest Pain

Along side these issues, I now have difficulty breathing, palpitations and pain in my chest and a lump on the side of my neck. This lump have been there for around a yr but has increased in size in the past 3 months.
I always feel exhausted..physically, and mentally and experience fever like symptoms, especially at night. I wake up soaked in sweat quite often.
This is all really starting to affect my life now.
?Disseminated Koch's
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You have fever like symptoms, night sweats, two enlarged lymph nodes in neck, shortness of breath,non-specific abdominal symptoms and menstrual irregularities. The possibility of disseminated tuberculosis is there . Have you lost any weight recently and what about your appetite? Is there any past or family history of tuberculosis?
You need to undergo ESR (fasting),Tuberculin skin test,Chest-ray ,Ultrasonography (USG) Abdomen and FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology) of lymph node(larger one) in neck . If FNAC is inconclusive, you have to undergo lymph node biopsy to reach a diagnosis.
Please let me know what all investigations ,you have already undergone.

I have lost weight. My appetite is low but I am forcing myself to eat a lot and snack a lot due to the weight loss. My current weight is around 50kg and I am 173cm tall.
I am not aware of any history of TB in my family. My Grandad died of lung and throat cancer 14 yrs ago.
I have not had any tests carried out as yet. Only an examination of my neck by my Dr and verbal discussion of symptoms.
I should mention that the problems with my stomach and bowels started long before the problems with my chest.
Possible chronic infectious disease
Detailed Answer:
In view of weight loss, lack of appetite, cervical lymphadneopathy, low grade fever, night sweat, possibility of chronic infectious disease is most likely
There are many causes;tuberculosis is one of them. Discuss with your doctor and undergo the initial investigation as already mentioned to pin point the underlying cause.
