Dear,just update Me,whether your daughter is on any medications for MS,as she is suffering and diagnosed as MS for last 8 yrs?
Dear MS is demylinating diseases of Auto-Immune Origin.And these complaints are due to extensive auto-immune vasculitis with granulations with it,causing dermatomyositis / myositis along with demylinating process in the brachial plexuse in this specific case of your daughter.

Treatment suggested-
-Painkillers and muscle relaxants is temporary answer and cant be relied upon on longer basis.
-What is needed is delaying the damages of the Auto-immune destruction of the Multiple tissues of nervous system and musculo-skeletal and skin tissues.
-Steroids to suppress the recurrences of acute attack-to prevent the extent of damages in the nerve / muscle and cutaneous tissues is the mainstay of treatments.
