i had dengue for the past 6 days and i have recovered almost fully now , however while masturbating and ejaculating ., my ejaculation appears to have blood in it i am shocked please help me

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Blood any where from body or body secretions comes in dengue as a result of reduced platelet count. If you have recovered I suppose your platelet counts must have been normal by now.
You can ignore at present in case it persists you would require semen analysis, scrotum Ultrasound and Abdominal ultrasound. Many a times post viral there is inflammation of the scrotum and testes that is epididymoorchitis that can result in this.
This is usually self resolving.
Wait for 5 days. If this persists you would require these investigations.

dear doctor , when i was being treated for dengue at day 3 i had 127000 platelet count but one doctor gave me a 5 ml steroid injection and so i changed my doctor , will this injection of steriod cause any issues with my health later on ?

Don't worry a single dose won't affect your health in long term. Acutely only it can cause problem by precipitating the Infection.
