Question : Hi just last night i felt bumps surfacing before me on my vagina lips area they dont hurt but they itch is ir herpes!? Ive attached a photo

This is not Herpes.

This is just infection of hair follicle.

This will reduce over a week slowly. Don't worry about e.

Hi,

Using antibiotics or ointments is unlikely to make any difference. This will increase little more and reduce by itself over a week.

Meanwhile it might rupture and secrete pus/fluid. If happens clean with soap and water and keep area dry.
