Question : The skin above and below my lip is chapped, red, and sore. I contacted my doctor and was told to get an antifungal cream. I have used it for several days, but it is not getting any better.

Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin condition.
From the decription you have given its too difficult to point out single specific diagnosis.
It could be simple perioral dermatitis or seborrheic dermatitis to herpes labialis.
Therefore, I request you to post some good clinical pictures with mention about associated symptoms and complains.
