Brief Answer:
No need to take medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Just within 4 months of trying to conceive, you should not get so anxious.
Investigations and treatment should be considered only if you fail to conceive for more than a year after trying properly.
Your menstrual cycle is normal.
That means, that you should try and have intercourse around time of ovulation.
IF you count 1st day of bleeding as day 1, then ovulation generally happens around day 14.
So starting from day 10 of the cycle, you should have intercourse daily / alternate day for the next 10 days.
Try for 6 more months in this manner.
If this fails, then get the following investigations done -
1. Semen analysis of husband after 3 days of abstinence.
2. Complete blood count, blood group, viral markers, FSH, LH, TSH, OGTT for wife.
3. Follicular monitoring to check for ovulation.
There is no need to take any medication for tuberculosis in your case.
The periods are normal, and you are otherwise healthy.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Take 5 mg per day of folic acid.
Keep ideal weight and exercise daily.

Thanks for your detailed answers and explanations.
Hope you might have seen ESR & MANTOUX results in my heamatology report attached previously. Now I have enclosed my chest X-Ray as well.
Could you please double check & confirm that no medication is needed for TB?

I am bit worried as our doctor advised us to get this cured first before going for any other tests/treatments. For me, TB has no impact/symptom at all as you stated above.

Will this be blocking me to get conceived?
Can this lead to aborting even if I get conceived?
