Question : I feel like I am sitting on a balloon all the time, on the inside between rectum and vaginia , I have had a demiroid cist removed, 2 colonoscopies, mesh bladder suspension, pelvic reconstructive surgery, back surgery(L4 was completely closed no nerves could be seen. ) I have neuropathy of feet which runs up back of legs. and constant passing of gas. also a rectum stretch. I have had the feeling like a balloon for 3 years, and the above surgeries were an attempt to find the problem.

The feeling of sitting on a balloon between rectum and vagina can be due to inflammation of coccygeal joints or due to nerve root compression at the level of lower spine. This can be diagnosed after an MRI scan of the lower spine. If it is painful then a hot compress and anti inflammatory pain killers can help. You can also start taking methylcobalamin supplements and see if it helps.
