Suggest Remedy For Hypertension Post Alcohol Consumption

Question: I am 37 years old male and I regularly take Met XL50 one tablet in the morning. Usually my BP is in control with this medicine however the day I take alcohol (beer / whiksey), my BP shoots up the next day and goes upto 140/110 which makes me restless the next day. Kindly advise
