Brief Answer:
Start steroid containing nasal spray.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your wife's situation and problem.
By her history and description, possibility of allergic rhinitis is more.
And she should take montek LC daily at night.
It is having montelukast and levocetrizine. Montelukast is anti allergic and it shows its effect when taken regularly.
Levocetrizine is antihistamine drug and it is having excellent effect on symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
First line treatment for this is nasal spray containing steroid like fluticasone.
If she is also having symptoms of asthma than better to first get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). This is to know about severity of the disease. And treatment of asthma is based on severity only. She should take long acting beta 2 agonist (LABA) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Yes, this is safe combination during pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Montek LC is having montelukast and levocetrizine. Montelukast is anti allergic drug. Levocetrizine is antihistamine drug. Both are safe in pregnancy. So no need to worry for this.
And nasal spray containing fluticasone is also safe in pregnancy.
So she can definitely take them.
Hope I have solved your query.
