Brief Answer:
You may need physiotherapy to improve range of motion of your shoulder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

You may need physiotherapy to improve range of motion of your shoulder.

There is no role of medical therapy
If not relieved then, you may need manipulation under anaesthesia or arthroscopic shoulder adhesion release.

You may consult physiotherapist for post operative rehabilitation
He may start TENS ,or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
