Brief Answer:
Possible hepatobiliary disorders

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

You have mild rise of serum amylase level.
There are many causes of raised serum amylase level including acute and chronic pancreatits, Biliary tract disease like cholecystitis, choledocholithiasis, some nonpancreatic disorders also.

Since you have high SGPT 61.4 unit/lt, you need to undergo abdominal ultrasonography.

Widal test may be false positive-repeat the test after 1 week, to see if there is any rising titer.

Do a complete liver function test and upload reports. I would like to know about your bilirubin levels

Pending further evaluation, you can continue the treatment as advised by your doctor, except paracitamol.
Let me know the investigation reports.

Loss of appetite may be due to hepatitis/alcoholic liver disease... If you are alcoholic stop drinking forthwith and it is also advisable to take a preparation of Vitamin B-complex.
Avoid fatty or oily foods for the time being.
Eat healthy foo like fruits and vegetables.
If you do not feel hungry then eat small amounts of food multiple times
