Brief Answer:
lump could be cyst, lymph node/ dizziness many causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. The lump on the side of your neck could be a small cyst or lymph node. If it is small then it is probably okay and I just suggest that you get your doctor to look at it the next time you see them. Dizziness can be caused by many things including dehydration, anemia, thyroid disease, heart or lung disease. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, 60-80 oz. daily, avoid caffeine and nicotine and if the dizziness persists then see your doctor. If you have any passing out spells or feel as if you are going to pass out then you need to be seen right away. I hope you are feeling better soon.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
